FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS

  • What’s the difference between mediation and coaching?
Mediation is a structured process aimed at resolving conflict between individuals or teams, facilitated by a neutral third party. Coaching is a forward-focused, supportive conversation that helps individuals or couples gain clarity, improve communication, and achieve personal or relational goals.
  • Who do you work with?
I work with individuals, couples, families, and organisations. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, or workplace conflict, there’s a space here for you.
  • How long is a session?
Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged for mediation or coach work, depending on your needs.
  • Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is fundamental to both coaching and mediation. Your trust is a top priority.
  • What if my partner or team member doesn’t want to attend?
Change can begin with one person. Even if others aren’t ready to engage, coaching can still help you develop awareness and tools to navigate your situation effectively.
  • Do you offer remote sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available in person or online via secure video conferencing, depending on your location and preferences.
  • What kinds of issues can mediation help with?
Mediation can support resolution in family disagreements, relationship breakdowns, workplace conflict, or team tensions—anywhere communication has broken down and a constructive path forward is needed.
  • What if we decide to end the relationship during the process?
That’s completely okay. Coaching and mediation aim to provide clarity and resolution. Sometimes that means strengthening a connection; other times, it means parting respectfully.
  • How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. Some clients find clarity in a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. We’ll work together to find an approach that feels right for you.
  • How do I get started?
You can book a free 20-minute call to explore your needs and see if working together is a good fit.
